Eton mess is a traditional English dessert consisting of a mixture of strawberries or bananas, pieces of meringue, and cream, which is traditionally served at Eton College’s annual cricket game against the pupils of Harrow School.

Ingredients
1 cup Whipped cream
1/4 cup cake crumbs
1/2 cup strawberry compote
1/2 cup strawberries sprinkled with icing sugar
handful of pomegranate seeds
- Scoop whipped cream on a plate and sprinkle cake crumbs, some crushed meringues, strawberry slices, compote and pomegranate seeds. Serve
